Or, if you prefer RSS, you can go here.  RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication.  RSS comes in handy if you subscribe to multiple blogs.  What RSS will do is pull all of the recent posts from the blogs you subscribe to and put them in one place: a reader.  This keeps you from having to go to multiple websites to check for new content, and also makes it fast to read by putting all of the blogs you follow in one convenient place.  Google has more information on how RSS works.

If you want to set up a free RSS feed, you can do so using Google Reader.
