She is a great dancer with impressive choreography! The 18-minute Step Guide shows you all of the dance moves you will need to know for the workout. She goes through them quickly, so you may need to replay some of them to get the hang of the move. The cool thing is that you really do learn professional dance moves, and so it is just like you are getting a dance lesson right in your own home!
Pros: Some of her dance moves are so good, you will instantly feel like you are the star of the dance floor. I just may have to take some of her moves! Also, you do not need a partner to do any of these moves.
Cons: You have to keep up fast, and your arm and leg coordination are very important. I got off pace more than once. But with practice, I am sure that these moves can become very familiar, making the workout an even better experience.
